Patriotism
Patriotism is love and loyalty for one’s country. If you aren’t willing to fight for your country you aren’t patriotic. When soldiers go to war they put their life on the line, for our country. A patriot is someone who loves, supports, and is prepared to serve their country. Walking out of the door patriots have to be ready to protect their lives and others. Be ready for anything; always expect the worse, hope for the best. Though it’s sad to think everything is always going to end badly, but honestly that’s what keeps them alive sometimes. The only noise they seem to hear when they are serving their one country, their ears become numb to the loud disturbing sound of rounds being fired, lives being taken. To begin with, men and women of the armed forces serve their country when we are at war. Being a patriot means putting your life in danger. In everyday life people that work and live in the USA can also be a patriotic. There are some people that are fire fighters others that are police officers, medics and Emt’s. Some people all they have to do to be patriotic is to say the Pledge of Allegiance or just respect and obey the laws.
